New card

Good Morning everyone! I believe it's going to be a beautiful Sunday here in KCK. I think I'm almost over a cold that started earlier this week. With that cold, I didn't feel like doing anything. I didn't make a card or put a stitch in my cross-stitching until Friday. However, with yesterday's rain Riley the Moose called me to stamp room to make this April Showers brings May Flowers card. I couldn't find a stamp with that saying, but I did find a product called Bubble A Bilities at Hobby Lobby with saying. Riley's stamps are always available at

Easter Card from Impression Obsession

I saw this stamp used on a card on the inside cover fo the April issue of Scrap and Stamp. When Stamper's Ink received it, I had to purchase it and I created my card.

The ink is Memento Tuxedo black. It is colored with Copics. The Easter Blessings is a Stamp by Judith. I used ribbons from A-Muse and the flower brads are from Doodlebug.

Trying to post Josie's cards

Here is Josie's first card. The stamp is from Riley and Company. She colored it using Copic markers. She used the large Nestability egg and used the swirl embossing folder on the pink paper. She smudged a some ink to the right of Riley so we found a pink flower with the lilac brad. As we say at Stamper's Ink, "It was an emblishment opportunity".

My first post

Good morning! It's a beautiful Monday in Kanas City, Kansas. The snow that we received Friday and Saturday will not last long with the tempatures in the 50's.

Jason Malec, my husband's youngest brother is living with me. His daughter's Josie and Maci visited Friday night. On Saturday, I helped them make two Easter cards each. Once I figure how to do it, I will post pictures of their cards on aa additional post.
