I saw a similar card at Archiver's during their Holiday Card Showcase. The stamped Tweet Top Hat image is from Stampendous. The sentiment is also a stamp from Stampendous. Unfortunately, Archiver's was out of that stamp so I generated the sentiment on my computer and printer. The background paper is from Authenique. The base card is 5 1/2 by 4 1/4 is a red Bazzill card stock.
I colored the image with my Copic markers (C7, C5, C3, B24, B21, R27, R24, R22, G99, and G94. The red gem stones are from my stash. The glitter is Crafty Sparkles Chunky Crystal.
