Here's one more Riley that I finished this week. It was originally a make n' take at Stamper's Ink. It was on a solid white card with the embossed dots. However, I like lots of layers on cards, so I changed it up by putting the embossed dots on top on a beautiful blue card base. I colored the Riley using Copics. The balloons are colored with fluorscent Copic markers. I'm either going to make this in to a "floating by to say hi" card or a "floating by to wish you a Happy Birthday" card.
