James Bear in the Snow
Awww...life's good today. I just got back from have a massage.
I also feel like I really accomplished a lot yesterday. I finished up five cards from a class on Monday, two more cards from a class last week. Created two cards of my own and attended a card class last night where we made another six cards.
The card to the left is one of the two card that I made and designed.
The stamped image is from Lili of the Valley and if my memory serves me right it's called, "James Bear in the snow". This was an image I colored some time ago. When I received it, it was so cute I just had to color it right way even though I didn't know what papers I would use.
Yesterday I went to Archiver's to get some Inkadinkado black glitter (will show that card soon) and saw some beautiful winter papers from Little Yellow Bicycle. To me the blue and white stripe looked like white birch trees with a beautiful sky. I just knew what image to use. I'm not sure which Copic blues, I had used when I first colored James, but it didn't quite match the paper. So I colored over the blues with BG05, BG02, and BG0000. I'm pretty sure the browns are E35, E33, and E31. I add Stardust stickles. The embellishments are from Little Yellow Bicycle too.
Well off to work on an order of Christmas cards that I have to have completed by the 1st.
Have a great day everyone!
