One of my former BCBSKC co-workers let me know she needed a birthday card with a dog on it. I fell in love with Wilma when I saw her on the back cover of issue #5 Magnolia magazine.
I stamped Wilma using Memento Rich Cocoa brown ink. She was colored with copics. The Happy birthday stamp is from Stampendous. I put Icicle stickles on the rose. The designer paper is from Doodlebug and the green polka dot paper is from BoBunny.
